Shipping Policy

At Trendest, we prioritize a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, ensuring your orders are processed efficiently and delivered promptly. Below, you'll find detailed information regarding our shipping procedures, charges, and delivery timelines.

Free Shipping and Charges:

We offer free shipping on all orders exceeding PKR 3000 within Pakistan. For orders below PKR 3000, a shipping fee of PKR 250 will be added at checkout. This policy ensures affordable delivery while maintaining the quality and speed of our service.

Processing and Dispatch Timelines:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) on weekdays are dispatched the same day.
  • Any orders placed after 12:00 pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During busy periods like sales or national holidays, please allow for a slightly extended processing time.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 4 to 7 working days, but due to high demand or special circumstances, deliveries might take up to 7 working days.

Accurate Delivery Information:

It’s important that your delivery details are complete and precise. Ensure the full address, including the area and city, is correctly provided when placing your order. We deliver to both home and office addresses, but unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Each order must be signed upon receipt for security purposes. If you are unavailable to receive the order, the courier will make two attempts to deliver:

  1. If the first attempt fails, a second delivery attempt will be made.
  2. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, we encourage you to get in touch so we can assist in re-arranging delivery.

Handling Delivery Delays:

We strive to meet our delivery timelines, but delays can occasionally occur, especially during busy seasons or unexpected courier issues. If a delay happens, we will do our best to keep you updated and work towards getting your order to you as soon as possible.

Track Your Shipment:

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. This allows you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time. Simply enter the provided tracking number on our courier partner's website to check its status.

International Shipping:

At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan. If you have special shipping requests or inquiries regarding international orders, feel free to reach out to our support team.
